Matzoh: Israel's Graham

Lay on a tray a layer of matzoh.

Then a layer of a mix of chocolate spread and all-purpose cream.

Then a layer of matzoh.

Then another layer of spread and cream.

Do this several times until you reached a desired height.

Chill for an hour.

Eat and enjoy.

Matzoh is a great substitute for a graham recipe. Another treat from my friend Mina from Ramat Aviv. Is everybody doing this in Israel? It's a delight!

(Note: Dried fruits in between layers optional)
