Colorful costumesI was at Holon during the Purim carnival parade of Israel or “Adloyada” last March 4, which featured a huge parade with lots of colorful floats, costumed adults and children, and marching bands.
And like the previous year, the Philippines joined in the adloyada, and was evidently one of the most-liked and applauded participants in the parade.
The Philippines stood out among more than 60 participants in the parade which was witnessed and enjoyed by over half a million spectators. The Holon Adloyada is the biggest street-dance carnival and parade in Israel and was covered by the local and international media.
